    Waiver exposure

    Rows the database itself flagged — released against no cleared payment, or past the date actually billed.

      Open warranty claims

      Split by whether the claim is inside the warranty this company issued — a different conversation from one outside it.

        Contract value

        Signed sums plus change orders that are approved. Anything still pending is kept separate — under B&P 7159 a change order is part of the contract only once it is signed, so counting it as revenue states that work is agreed when the law says it is not.

        Certifications

        Anything inside its own renewal window, plus anything with no expiry recorded — a credential nobody dated is one nobody is tracking, so it is listed rather than assumed fine.

          Permits

          The two things nobody notices on their own: how long since anything moved, and a failed inspection with no passing re-inspection behind it.

            Subcontractors

            Who cannot be given work, and who this company is late paying. The pass-through clock runs seven days from the owner's money arriving for that work — not from an invoice.
