Water comes first
Grading and drainage before anything decorative. The least interesting part of a build, and the reason most fail.
Permits get pulled
Walls over four feet, structures, gas and electrical get permitted. Unpermitted work becomes your problem the day you list.
The site stays clean
Tools staged, debris cleared, site secured every evening. You live here while we build, and so do your neighbors.
