- How soon can you come out?
- Call or send the form and we will come back to you to set up the site walk. If you are working to a deadline — a permit window, an event, a house going on the market — say so, and we will be straight with you about whether it is workable rather than optimistic about it.
- Do I need to have a design already?
- No. Most people arrive with a Pinterest board and a rough idea. If you have architect’s drawings, bring them — we build to those too.
- Do you take smaller projects?
- Yes. A patio, a drainage fix, a wall, a strip of sod. Call and describe it and we’ll tell you honestly if we fit.
- Can you work with my HOA?
- Yes. We prepare architectural review packages, respond to committee comments, and build to whatever the approved submittal says.

- Free on-site walk. Measurements, slope, drainage, access and setbacks.
- Honest budget range on the spot. If the wish list doesn’t fit the budget, we say so at the site walk.
