These terms cover your use of dztlandscaping.com. They do not govern construction work — that is covered by the written contract you sign with DZT Landscaping & Design, LLC before any project begins.

We keep the content here accurate, but descriptions of services, timelines, project details and any figures shown are general information — not an offer, a quote, or a guarantee. Nothing on this website forms a contract.
Pricing and schedule ranges vary with site conditions, scope, materials and jurisdiction. The only binding numbers are the ones in a signed written proposal.
Estimates and inquiries
Submitting the form on this site starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve a place on our schedule, or commit either of us to anything. Work begins only after a signed agreement.
Project imagery
Images, plans and renderings shown are illustrative of our work and design approach. Every property is different, and the finished result on your site will differ.
Our content
The text, images, drawings, logo and design of this site belong to DZT Landscaping & Design, LLC. Please don’t reproduce them without permission.
Links to other sites
Where we link out — to a manufacturer’s warranty page, for example — we don’t control that site and aren’t responsible for its content.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number — on the form, by calling, or by texting us — we may reply by text about your enquiry: confirming a site visit, telling you a crew is on the way, answering a question about a quote, or following up after the work is done. We text people who have contacted us, and nobody else. We do not buy, rent or import phone numbers.
Message frequency varies with your project; most conversations are a handful of messages. Message and data rates may apply, and those are between you and your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
